FTE stands for Full-Time Equivalent — it's a standard measure of your institution's student enrollment size. Larger schools require more hosting resources, support bandwidth, and infrastructure, which is why our pricing scales with your FTE count. This ensures you only pay for what you need.
The $4,950 design fee covers a fully custom website design tailored to your institution's brand guidelines, colors, and identity. The $9,000 content transfer fee covers migrating all your existing content — pages, images, documents, navigation structure — from your current site to the College Inbound platform.
We handle everything: server monitoring, security patches, SSL renewals, backup management, uptime monitoring, and technical support. If something breaks at 2 AM on a Sunday, we're on it. Your team never has to worry about the technical infrastructure.
Each plan includes annual custom development hours (10-25 depending on your tier) that can be used for new page designs, custom widget development, integrations, layout changes, or any development work beyond standard content editing.
Absolutely. If your enrollment grows and you move into a higher FTE bracket, we'll adjust your plan accordingly. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply at your next renewal.
Project ADA is available as a separate SaaS subscription. It includes automated WCAG 2.1 AA scanning, violation tracking, score trending, compliance reports, broken link detection, and content quality monitoring. College Inbound website clients receive preferred pricing on Project ADA subscriptions.
College Inbound is built on WordPress with our proprietary theme and education-specific plugins. This gives you the flexibility and ecosystem of WordPress with a purpose-built design and feature set tailored for community colleges and technical schools.
Most institutions are fully launched within 60-90 days. This includes discovery, custom design, content migration, staging review, and go-live. Our team handles the heavy lifting — your staff reviews and approves along the way.
